Holiday recital...

Alexandra's daycare is run like a school. The sitters are teachers. There are conferences and book sales and daily report cards. In this vain, last night was the Holiday Recital. Each class, from infants to kindergarten, sang songs and danced.

We skipped this function last year. "What could infants do that is worth going out in the cold?" It. Was. A. HOOT! From start to finish it was entertaining. It took Alex some time to warm up, but about half way through she decided that it was HER show.

Here, in it's three minute entirety, is the "Toddler" portion of the show (Alex is in the middle in a red dress)...

By the end, she was so tired that she could barely function...
Happy Holidays!!!

Awwww she is lovely. I have to say that she was very well behaved and her spinning is exceptional.

Thanks for bringing Alexandra back into our living rooms. The dry spell was very difficult.

That was adorable! Alex knew what she was doing, once she opened up. Too cute! I think she needs to have jingles bells all the time just because they make her smile
